Practice
I have been a partner at Herren, Dare and Streett since 1994. I began my practice in 1985 with the St. Louis law firm of Armstrong Teasdale. Following that, I was employed as in-house counsel with Wetterau Incorporated, a St. Louis-based grocery wholesaler. I have also owned several businesses and enjoy using my experience to help other entrepreneurs with their business and legal issues.
I represent individuals and small to mid-sized companies in the following areas:
- Formation of business entities
- Buy/sell agreements
- Purchase and sale of businesses
- Bankruptcy
- Debtor/ Creditor Workouts
- Sale and/or leasing of residential and commercial real estate
- Employment-related matters, including noncompetition agreements
- Drafting and review of commercial contracts
