I have been a partner at Herren, Dare and Streett since 1994. I began my practice in 1987 with the St. Louis law firm of Clayton, Karfeld & Steiger. I provide the highest degree of legal skill with caring personal attention.
I have spent my entire 26 year career practicing primarily in the Debtor/Creditor field. I have represented clients in every type of bankruptcy proceeding from sophisticated Chapter 11 reorganizations to consumer cases. I represent Debtors and Creditors and have acted as attorney for a local Trustee in bankruptcy.
I have represented a large number of Court Appointed Receivers in cases involving commercial real estate, hotels, nursing homes and other businesses.
I practice regularly in state, federal and bankruptcy court. I have also written and conducted seminars regarding Missouri Mechanic's Lien Law.
